He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kaytlynn "Kaytie" Gore of Inman and Joshua Toney of Inman; his siblings, Teagan Toney of Inman and Dexter Gore of Inman; and his grandparents, Sharon, Bobby, Glenda, William, Neil, Kimberly, Kelly and Jerry.

In June of 2022, Spencer was the recipient of a wish from the Make a Wish Foundation of South Carolina.
