It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Hood of Chesnee, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, David Sprinkle, Ed and Lucille Hood. She is survived by: her parents, Lynn Edge Hood and Mitchell Lance Hood of Chesnee; her sisters, Leah Lovelace (Craig) of Chesnee and Cameron Cox (Hunter) of Chesnee; her grandmother Gwen Sprinkle of Chesnee; and her niece Kaelyn Lovelace.
