He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michael and Anka Dano Puzzo. He is survived by: his wife Maria Eugenia Puzzo of Boiling Springs; his children, Joseph Carlos Puzzo (Jessica) of Morristown, Michael Salvatore Puzzo and Nicole Maria Falk (Randy) of New Providence; and his stepchildren, Paul Edward Kenney of Clover, Rachael Ann Johnson (Leif) of Boiling Springs and Maria Burnett (Chad) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
