He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Jackson Overcash; his parents, Ralph Overcash and Ethel Underwood Overcash; his son Benjie Overcash; his brother Ray Overcash; and his brother-in-law Bob Gibson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Willis (Barry) of Cowpens and Nancy Brown (Gary) of Inman; his daughter-in-law Kim Overcash of Chesnee; his siblings, Ralph Overcash (Kathy) of Chesnee, Mary Gibson of Kentucky and Rita Richards of Boiling Springs, SC; his grandchildren, Bryson Willis (Alexis), Brittni Overcash, Daniel Brown, Dustin Brown and Chelsea Brown; and his great grandchildren, Brayzen Willis and Abby Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
