He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. "Jake" Towe and Isabelle "Belle" Bryant Towe; his siblings, Pete Towe and Patricia Cornwell; and his great grandchild Abby Towe-Pierce.
He is survived by: his children, Duane Edward Towe (Kim) and Kim Bailey; his siblings, William Towe, Kay Pearson and Cheri Flournoy; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bradey (Jonathan), Ashlie Phillips (John), Layne Bailey (Kat), Jaime Towe (Kim) and Brandon Harris (Jordan); his pet Ruby; and his caregiver Kimberly.
