He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne "Papaman" Suddeth and Emma Miller Suddeth; his son Johnny Suddeth; and his siblings, Doris Mills, Danny Suddeth, Dean Suddeth and Donald Suddeth.

He is survived by: his children, Marie Vitale, Chris Suddeth (Barbara) and Timmy Suddeth (Amanda); and his brothers, Doug Suddeth (Karen) and John Derl Suddeth (Peggy).
