He is survived by: his children, Trae Brewton of South Carolina, Undray Baxter of South Carolina, Roy Phillips of South Carolina, Sandra Funderburk and Tina Nash; his siblings, Riley Baxter (Mae) of Inman, SC, Ronnie Baxter of Rock Hill, SC, Lonnie Baxter of Cheverly, MD, Gary Baxter of Chesnee, SC, Myra Phillips (Billy) of Caroleen, NC, Hazel Hamrick of Chesnee, SC and Freda Baxter of Shelby, NC; and his brother-in-law Luther O'Fair of Mayo, SC.
