It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Q. Chavis (Chesnee, South Carolina), who passed away on November 22, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Blake Queen; her children, Ricky Harris of Columbus, NC, Christopher Harris of Pauline, SC, LouEllen Owings of Fairforest, SC, Linda Harmon of Pacolet, SC and Jerry Wayne Harris; her siblings, Lula Mae Horton, Jerry Queen and Pete Queen; and her daughter Teresa Bryant.
She is survived by: her parent Pearl Bernice Taylor Queen. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and a number of great and great-great-grandchildren.
