She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Palmer and Inez Palmer; and her siblings, Dorothy Ann of Benny, L. J., Darnell, Herbert Larry and James Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Puriti Jefferies, Wesley Shaw (Debbie) and Wilmot Shaw II; her siblings, Lucille Steen, Bobby Palmer (Terri) and Pankie Edwards; her close friend Donald Middleton; and her goddaughter Victoria Humphries. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
