He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Mae (Petty) and Boyce Ray McKinney; and his siblings, Bill McKinney, Boyce Ray McKinney Jr., Patsy Poole, Debbie Wilson, Judy Tirado and Linda Crane.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy McKinney, Vernon McKinney (Heather), Jessie McKinney (Elizabeth) and Tabatha McKinney. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.
