With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eva S. Davis (Chesnee, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ora Scruggs and Lois Bates Scruggs; and her son Talmadge Arthur "Buddy" Davis Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Amick (Jimmy) of Boiling Springs, Marty Davis of Rutherfordton and Tim Davis (Bridget) of Chesnee; her grandchildren, Jason Davis and Jennifer Powell; her great grandchildren, Karmen Frady, Patrick Dunn, Haley Dunn, Cole Davis and Cooper Davis; and her great great grandchildren, Axton Frady, Kimzee Frady and Kane Dunn.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harris-Nadeau Mortuary (5880 Chesnee Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Springhill Memorial Gardens (1011 S Alabama Ave, Chesnee, SC 29323).
