He is survived by: his children, Donnie Self, Sherry Thompson (Mike), Ronnie Self (Linda), Angie Sutton and Clark Self III; and his siblings, Linda Hopper (Ed), Dale Dobbins, Ramona Brewington and Steve Lindsey (Kathy). He is also survived by five grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
