He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Lancaster and Ruby Lister Hensley; his father-in-law Walter "Bud" Riley; and his brother Sonny Lancaster. He is survived by: his wife Donna Riley Lancaster; his mother-in-law Jane Hyder Riley; his children, David S. Lancaster, II, Brittany M. Brown (Kyle) of Chesnee, SC and Dustin J. Smith of Moore, SC; his grandchildren, Hayden, Luke, Ben Lancaster, Addison and Easton Brown; and his siblings, Elaine Pritchard and Lanny Lancaster.
