We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2021, at the age of 71, Cecil Blackwell of Chesnee, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Blackwell and Hattie Hood Blackwell; and his siblings, Ruby Robbins and Billy Blackwell. He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Blackwell; his children, Kevin Cecil Blackwell of Boiling Springs, SC and Amber Blackwell of Boiling Springs, SC; his siblings, Junior Blackwell and Ada Jean Cudd (Bill) of Chesnee; and his grandchildren, Logan Alexander Blackwell and Kailey Jean Blackwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
