She is survived by: her spouse Melissa Hicks; her parents, Danny Mayfield and Susan "Suzy" Raines Mayfield; her siblings, Tracy Oaks (David) of Shelby, NC. and Benji Mayfield of Gaffney; her nephews, David Thomas Oaks and Joshua Chase Oaks; her great-nephew Benjamin Wyatt Oaks; her mother-in-law Susan Hicks of Chesnee; and her close friends, Leslie Anderson, Karen Diercks and Sarah Soto.
