She is survived by: her son Clarence "Jay" Coleman Johnson, Jr. (Keisha) of Spartanburg, SC; her brothers, Bobby Cates (Mattie) of Mayo, SC and Julius Cates (Elruby) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, Jamall Johnson and Jasmine Johnson; her great grandchildren, Kelani Watson, Gianna Watson and Amari Johnson; and her caregivers, Jackie, Kevin Miller and Ashley.
