With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sterley Griggs of Cheraw, South Carolina, born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Levoid Monroe and Georgia Pate Griggs; his son Richard "Ricky" D. Griggs; and his brother Robert L. Griggs. He is survived by: his wife Stephena Adams Griggs of Cheraw, SC; his son R. Kevin Griggs (Holly Gleason) of Columbia, SC; his daughter-in-law Gail Griggs of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Hannah G Mock (Nick) and Courtney Anne Griggs; his niece Amy Griggs; and his nephew Larry Griggs.
