He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; his son Tyler Smith (Shamyra) of Fort Drum, NY; his grandchildren, Chloe Smith, Bentley Smith and Lincoln Smith; his siblings, Donna Wallace of Bennettsville, SC, Chuck Smith of Bennettsville, SC, Becky Arnette (Walter) of Dillon, SC, Dee Rodgers (Ted) of Rockingham, NC, Mike Smith of Cheraw, SC and Ellen Connolly (Paul) of Darlington, SC; his aunt Kathy Baker of Laurinburg, NC; and his uncles, Sonny Briggman of Orangeburg, SC, Bill Briggman (Sheila) of Orangeburg, SC and Wesley Briggman (Kay) of Stockton, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
