He is survived by: his wife Claudia McCollum; his daughter Randi Rizzo (Sterling) of Wadesboro, NC; his grandchildren, Joshua Dube, Kaitlyn Dube, Avery Rizzo, Holly Levi, Chloe Levi, Brighton Levi, Bailey Levi, Kinsley Levi, Presley Levi, Hudson Levi and Dawson Levi; his siblings, Kevin McCollum (Ruth) of Ohio, Jaime McCollum (Carolyn) of Ohio, Tim McCollum of Maryland, Suzanna Gambol (Bob) of Ohio, Linda Holder (Tom) of North Carolina and Lisa Wilson (Keven) of Ohio; and his sister-in-law Maureen McCollum of Tennessee.
