He is survived by: his son Dr. Travis Novinger (Laurie Novinger); his grandchildren, Taylor Novinger and Abbey Novinger of Cheraw; his mother-in-law Leona Blackburn of West Columbia; and his sister-in-law Donna Jumper Tyler Russell (Henry Jumper).
