She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elmer and Bertice Rollins Huggins; her husband Henry D. Chapman; and her brothers, Elbert Huggins and Charles Huggins.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dewitte Chapman (Cathy) of Cheraw and Joye Chapman Sansbury (Dan) of Hartsville; her grandchildren, Kelly Chapman Furtick (Ken), Daniel Sansbury (Meaghan), Michael Chapman, Jr. (Alison), Bryan Sansbury and Gracyn Bancroft (Alan); her great grandchildren, Andrew Furtick, Jonathan Furtick, Owen Furtick and Michael Henry Bancroft; her sister Carolyn Kendall; and her sister-in-law Patricia Huff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
