He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Noel and Carolyn Chapman Kelley; and his brothers, Doug Noel and Richard Noel. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Parker Noel of Cheraw, SC; his daughters, Mica Dowdy (Travis) of Bennettsville, SC and Jade Johnson (David) of Cheraw, SC; and his grandchildren, Holden Dowdy, Parker Dowdy and Sadie Johnson.
