She was predeceased by: her parents, Ular Melton and Martha Steen Melton; and her sister Linda Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Grant; her children, Jimmy Grant (Amy Stroud) of Cheraw, SC and Hope Castor; her siblings, Eddie Melton of Cheraw, SC and Wanda Dixon of Cheraw, SC; and her grandchildren, Brittany Grant, Allie Chavis (Cody), Sarah Castor, Carson Castor and Ciera Grant.
