He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franz Xavier Kollitz and Martha Maria Heidrich Kollitz; his wife Henrietta Malloy Hook Kollitz of Cheraw, SC; his sons, Mark Kollitz (Christy) of Kirkwood, MO and Jeff Kollitz (Erika) of Cheraw, SC; his sister Herta Korb of Stuttgart, Germany; his grandchildren, Julia, Andrew, Gretchen and Kate Wilson; his niece Lilo Benya; his nephew Ulrich Korb of Stuttgart, Germany; his sister-in-law Elisabeth Hook Cullinan; and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn Cullinan, Caroline Rabren, Shawn and Andrew Cullinan. He was also cherished by grandchildren and his beloved wife of 53 years.
