He is survived by: his wife Sara Murray; his sons, Jimmy C. Murray Jr. (Tana) of Cheraw, SC and Marvin F. Murray (Wendy) of Cheraw, SC; his great grandchildren, Hali Porter (Matt), Murray Charlotte, Hattie, Bradford of Fort Mill, SC, Rebeka Burch (Banks), Olivia of Jefferson, SC, Chrisa Murray of Hartsville, SC and Christopher Murray of Cheraw, SC; and his sister Gracie Reed (Louis) of Sumter, SC.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
