He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Price and Elizabeth Davis Price; and his brother Jackie Price. He is survived by: his wife Kim W. Price; his children, James R. "Jim" Price, Jr. (Jennifer) of Fort Mill, SC and Tara MacFarlane (C. J.) of Monroe, NC; his grandchildren, Killian Price, Jackson Price, Aidan Price, Cade MacFarlane and Kyla MacFarlane; his brother Larry Mesecher; and his cousin Dee Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
