He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Sullivan and Leila Sullivan; his siblings, Olin Sullivan, Camilla Rollins (Fred), Viola Gilmore (Jeff), Jean Jordan, Martha Blanche Miles (Robert) and Sabren Reese (Carroll); and his sister-in-law Betty Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mills Sullivan of Cheraw, SC; his children, Heyward D. "Dan" Sullivan, Jr. (Kelly) of Hartsville, SC, Tana S. Murray (Jim) of Cheraw, SC, Ginger S. Benson (Bill) of Florence, SC, Dawn S. Wallace (Huey) of Cheraw, SC and Leah S. Alford (Kevin) of Johnsonville, SC; his brother Joe Sullivan of Jefferson, SC; his siblings-in-law, Estelle Sullivan of Jefferson, SC and David Jordan of Lancaster, SC; his grandchildren, Hali (Matthew), Stephen, Rebeka (Banks), Kaci (Cody), Eleni, Bethany, Victoria, Trey, Payne, Levi and Clara; and his great grandchildren, Murray Charlotte, Mason, Hattie, Kodi-Grace, Bradford, Lili-Anna, Sobie and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
