She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Lawrence and Jennie Lee Goggans Potts; her husband James Phillips Jeter; and her siblings, Hazel Potts Webb, Richard Lawrence Potts and James E. "Pete" Potts.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Randolph Jeter (Gail) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Jennifer Jeter Bozard (Dan) of Marietta, GA and James Jeffrey Jeter (Leslie) of Moreland, GA; her grandchildren, Erin Bozard Gossett, William Thomas Jeter (Ashley), Daniel Phillips Bozard (Leigh), Molly Jeter Netzler (Peter), Benjamin Bostick Jeter (Emilie), Laura Katherine Jeter and Barron Phillips Jeter; and her great grandchildren, Ford, Ansley, Grayson, Peyton, William, Anderson, Ellie, Eva, Lawton, Henry and Mary Neyle.
