We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2020, George Hartzell of Cheraw, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waddill Hartzell and Leonora Little Hartzell; and his children, George Waddell Hartzell, III and Sarah Kent Hartzell. He is survived by: his wife Emily Umbarger Hartzell; his daughter Gamble; his son-in-law Gus Anderson; and his grandsons, Kavik Hartzell Carter and George Carl Anderson.
Due to COVID-19, it is requested that masks be worn and social distancing be practiced.
