With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Marvin Kelly (Cheraw, South Carolina), who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Kelly and Myrtle Cranford Kelly; his siblings, Stanley Kelly, Jewell Kelly and Janice Kelly; his adoptive parents, Preston Nolan and Winnie Nolan; and his brother Robert "Bob" Nolan.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda S. Kelly; his daughter Sabrina K. Packett (Ed) of Hartsville, SC; his granddaughters, Emily D. Howell and Olivia J. Howell; his aunt Edith Quick of Cheraw, SC; his stepchildren, Danny Gulledge of Cheraw, SC, Tammy G. Crocker of Salisbury, NC and Melissa G. Bradshaw of Summerton, SC; and his sister Edna N. Chapman. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
