It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Jean Pegues (Cheraw, South Carolina), born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fred and Mae Hancock Tarlton; and her siblings, James "Bill" Tarlton, Fred Tarlton Jr., Vernell Coleman and Sybil Brooks Winburn.
She is survived by: her sons, Rusty Price (Kim) of Florence, SC and John Pegues of Florence, SC; her brother Deward "Doug" Tarlton of Cheraw, SC; her grandchildren, Hunter Price, Hailley Price, Willow Price and Lily Andrews; her great grandchild Emmalyn Howard; and her niece Brenda Brooks.
