She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Battle and Sarah Frances Jones Phillips; her husband Dale Eugene Zearfoss; her sons, Anthony G. "Tony" Phillips and Lil Dale Zearfoss; and her siblings, Battle Phillips, John Phillips, Mack Phillips, Gordon Phillips, Mary P. Pate, Lucille Phillips, Clemmie P. White, Sarah P. Boan and Edith P. Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Zearfoss (Sue) of Chesterfield, SC and Kenny Zearfoss (Lisa) of Bristol, CT; her grandchildren, Scott Phillips (Ashley), Greg Zearfoss (Teresa), Jessica Zearfoss (Norm), Ashley Crook (Andrew), Megan Zearfoss (Pat Horne) and Josh Zearfoss (Kristy); her great grandchildren, Jack, Laycee, Gage, Trevor, Amelia, Bailey, Stephen, Matthew, Korleigh, Ellie, Everly, Layla and Kendall; her caregivers, Sue Freeman, Katie Rivers, Tiffani Campbell, Jason Pope, Lisa, Tim Campbell and Amber Shaw Bouknight; her close friends, Lib Frazier, Louise Brock, Wanda Morris and Margie McLain; and also, Noah and Tiffani. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
