He is survived by: his wife Annie Sue Honeycutt Childers; and his children, Danny Charles Childers (Anne) of Cheraw, SC, Dennis Adam Childers (Vicky) of Patrick, SC and Robin Lynn Bryant (Jeffrey) of Pageland, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
