He is survived by: his fiancée Kylie Jane Geddes; his parents, Jim Lewis and Jenny Lewis of Richmond, KY; his grandmother Lelia Ann Elder of Lebanon, KY; his uncles, Rick (Angela Elder), Randy (Dottie Colvin), Dennis (Kori Elder), Kevin (Shannon Regan), Mark (Janice Lozier) and Steven (Robin Haverkamp); and his in-laws, Tim, Sherri Geddes, Hunter, Jenna Geddes and Brooke Anne Geddes. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
