He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Thomas Alan and Elizabeth Davis Bryce. He is survived by: his wife Lessie Bryce; his sister Elizabeth Bryce Beard (Erik); his brother-in-law Dr. David L. Cone (Sharon); and his nieces and nephews, Brian Erik Beard (Jess), Josh Michael Beard (Maria), Dr. Jordan Lindsie Cone (Matthew) and Lauren Lessie Anne Cone. He is also survived by two great-nephews and three great-nieces.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home (117 Paul St, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
