He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Hills Mallard; and his brother Christopher "Scott" Mallard. He is survived by: his father Robert "Bobby" Roland Mallard; his daughter Julia Mallard Watkins (Mac); his siblings, Robert "Rob" Roland Mallard, Jr., Rose "Sissy" Elizabeth Mallard and Patrick Joseph Mallard; his grandson Thomas Weil Watkins; his nephew Robert Roland Mallard III; his niece Grace Ann Mallard; the mother of his child Sally Weil; and his close friends, Nicole Kingsley and Phillip Owens.
A reception was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hibernian Hall (105 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29401).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hibernian Society, Porter-Gaud Advancement Office- Cyclone Fund for Financial Aid and Scholarship or a charity that is dear to your heart.
