She was predeceased by: her husband A. Bernard Solomon; her parents, Mose Banner and Dinah Banner; and her brother Howard Banner. She is survived by: her children, Raina Rubin of Charleston, Dr. Frederick Solomon (Jan) of Charleston and Diane Budman (Don) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Michael Rubin (Allison), Lauren Rubin, Dr. Jason Solomon (Jessica), Dr. Kevin Budman (Mandi), Avery Sudow (Noah), David Rubin (Lisa), Brian Solomon (Jessica) and Evan Solomon; her sister-in-law Joyce A. Banner; and her cousins, Harriet Hollander and Sigmund Abeles. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Synagogue Emanu-El, 5 Windsor Drive, Charleston, SC 29407.
