She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Scott Martin and Ernest Marvin Givens; her husband Ernest Frank Kizer; and her siblings, Jo Ann Oswald Caldwell and Rev. James Rutland.
She is survived by: her sons, Robbie Simons (Deb) and Lee Simons; her sister Patsy Coleman (Bill); her grandchildren, Ryan Simons, Brad Simons, Bryce Simons and Kayleigh Simons; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Simons, Payton Simons and Aubrey Simons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
