She is survived by: her brothers, John William Crocker (Jill) of Hollywood, SC and Robin S. Crocker (Kim) of Fort Worth, TX; her extended family, Kenneth Warren (Nancy), Gerald Warren (Torey) and Melinda Westall (Ron); her nieces and nephews, Andy (Brittany), Stephanie (Jamie), David (Meghan), Laura, Lindsay (Tony), Matthew (Katie), Barrie (Scott), Jenni and Billy; and her caregivers, Carol, Jere, Aurora, Tammy, Rebecca, Ron, Lindy and Shelley.
Memorial donations can be made in Shelley's memory to Old St. Andrew's Parish Church.
