We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024, at the age of 89, Ruth Ellen Goe Toney of Charleston, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Randolph Goe and Lessie Mae McDaniel Goe. She is survived by: her husband Edgar Allen Toney; her children, Edgar Toney, Jr. (Barbara) and Linda R. Schultz (Ivan); and her granddaughters, Bonnie Aileene and Savannah Schultz.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 1605 Harbor View Road, Charleston, SC 29412.
