He is survived by: his wife Beulah Mitchell; his children, Virgil and Jessica Mitchell; and his sisters, Yvonne Hunt-Perry, Greta Thomas, Yolanda Washington and Wanda Failey (Russell). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
