He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Albright Karst; his children, Lauren Karst and Ryan Karst; his stepdaughter Layne Searson Manos; his son-in-law Bobby Manos; his grandchildren, Layton Karst, Henry Manos and Hayes Manos; and his siblings, Fred Karst, Debra Farr, Bonnie Ciuffo and Stacy Miner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the James Island Chapel (347 Folly Rd, Charleston, SC 29412). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
