He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Cook and Ruth Bartel Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carlson Cook; his daughter Kristyn L. Thompson (Steven) of James Island, SC; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn E. Thompson and Madelyn H. Thompson; and his brothers, William G. Cook of Milwaukee, WI and Douglas A. Cook (Lynne) of Clifton, VA..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crosstowne Christian Church (1941 Bees Ferry Rd, Charleston, SC 29414).
