He is survived by: his pets, Pete, Toy Fox Terrier Maxwell and Bella; his granddaughters, Makena, Grace and Charlotte; his wife Debbie Kendrick; his son Kris (Ashley); his siblings, Paul Kendrick and Pam Cook (Jeff); his stepchildren, Collins (Karen), Chase (Brooke) and McKenzie (Adam); and his friend Pete.
