She is survived by: her sons, MSgt Chris Leard (Ret) and Brig Gen Matthew Leard; her grandchildren, Lindsey Leard, Jett Leard, Jacob Leard, Rihya Tate and Cash Leard; and her foster mother Mary Venable.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace (2014 Bees Ferry Rd, Charleston, SC 29414).
