She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings Brian Mauney and Dorothy Mae Gentry Mauney; and her husband Edward L. Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Allen of Charleston, SC, Dana Hunter (Terry) of Arden, Andrea Richardson (Jeff) of Keswick, VA and Brad Allen (Brandi Matthews) of Fines Creek; her stepsons, Clark Duncan (Sumner) of Asheville, Lewis Duncan (Jenny) of Washington, DC and Daniel Duncan (Ann) of Maryland; her sister Jeannette Brown; her grandchildren, Josh Lingerfelt (Cortnee), Carolina Nick (Nick), Justin Whittemore (Amber), Lauren Kilby (Kevin), Olivia Hedrick (Garrett), Caroline Richardson, Jake Richardson, Briana Warren (Will) and Brooklyn Sanders (Garrett); her great grandchildren, Dilynn, Avery, Tinley, Libby, Emry, Lennox, Willow, Madeline, Miller, Duke and Reid; and her nephews, Mike Brown and Phil Brown. She is also survived by her family dearly especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
