We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2024, at the age of 96, Mildred Woods of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Hamilton, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. J. Goggans (Annie) and Scenus Stephens Goggans; her husband Paul Haley Woods Sr.; her children, Mildred Darlene Woods and Paul Haley Woods Jr.; and her siblings, Ray Goggans and Judy Duey.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Donna Woods Cockrell (Joseph F.); her granddaughter Elizabeth Helen Cockrell; her brother Hoyett Goggans (Jacqui); and her in-laws, Hugh Duey and Phyllis Goggans.
