It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michele Cari Lawson in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Mizner. She is survived by: her father Charles Mizner; her husband Jeff A. Lawson; her son Tyler P. Buskirk; her grandson Kyrin P. Buskirk; her daughter Jordan L. Buskirk; her brother Sean Mizner (Marcy Mizner); her niece Ashleigh; her nephew Ethan Mizner; and her brother John D. Mizner. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Contributions in Michele's memory can be made to her favorite charities, including Children's Miracle Network, Wounded Warriors, Smyrna United Methodist Church, and Neighbors Together.
