He is survived by: his daughters, Ava and Makenna Moore; the mother of his children Tina Moore; his mother Kimberly Moore; his siblings, Alexis Keefhauver, Danielle Freeman and Rachel Tsiamis; his great-uncles, Tommy McPherson and David McPherson; his aunts and uncles, Karen Bercot, Constance Kelly, Toni Hoffman, Micky Kelly and Jack Saunders; and his cousin Bobby Bercot (Shane Rohlfs).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Logan's memory to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or Veterans Community Project, working to end homelessness.
