She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Paul Mains, Jr.; her parents, Paschal Aloysious Michel and Olga Hatton Michel; her son Richard P. Mains; and her sister Julia Michel Dyer.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Paul Mains III (Paul) and Nicole Mains Fagala; her son-in-law Paul Edward Fagala (EJ); her grandchildren, Carson Taylor Fagala, Michael Keller, Joshua Keller, Johnny Keller and Charles Andrew Mains; her sisters, Dr. Helen Michel Dodds (Kenneth A. Dodds) and Madiline Michel Badger (Joe Badger); her siblings-in-law, Patricia Mains and Michael Mains; and her nieces and nephews, Nathan Lee Dyer (Racheal), Joshe Lee Dyer (Courney), Weston Lee Dyer (Allison), James Badger, Jennifer Tanzer John (JJ), Cathy Abreo (Ricky), Shawn Mains Scott Mains and Jennifer Shierlock.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc. (3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston, SC 29414). A prayer was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of the Nativity (1061 Folly Rd, Charleston, SC 29412).
